Nikole,

I'm sorry your first day back was so hard. Be gentle with yourself and know that I'm thinking of you.

((hugs))

P.S. -I liked your dream BTW, it reminded me of when Bridget and I met up in Chicago in November -- it was so like we already knew each other. Maybe you should come to Seattle for a visit.

The first day back always sucks rocks. People always mean well to ask you how you're doing, but it's the last thing that you want. Hope the rest of your week goes a little more smoothly.

Nikole, going back to work is horrid (tho' sometimes the distraction can be ok too)- i totally understand. Even though you're well aware of your reality while at home, something seems to shift for the worse when you return to work, its like reality just felt more intense & more severe. At home, theres a contained safety when youre so vulnerable. I can relate too about the emails - its easier to be invisible & not reveal your inner world & inner pain...& the prang as well - its too much for any one person to deal with. I hope your husband can pamper you & wouldnt it be good if you could be wrapped in cotton wool & white light for for a while. And also - thanx so much for asking your supporters to visit my blog ....as youre aware Im kinda newish to the whole blog experience & im really valuing the support - so thanx to you muchly.

one more thing i forgot - thanx too for the book tip, it looks great & just what i need-ive ordered it via amazon & am looking forward to the read....i cant wait to get it x

Sorry work is crap. Completely sympathise. I am so sure I am about to lose mine too, and just being here at work is torture.
Did you actually manage to make all those calls? You are a stronger person than me!

Serenity

Ugh - trying to act "normal" when everything in your world is sh*t is so hard... again I am so sorry, Nikole. Be gentle with yourself and do what you can to ease back in.

Much love to you.

Kath

Oh, Nikole, I'm so sorry work is so hard. I hope it becomes less agonizing soon. Thinking of you and sending love.

Amy

I agree with Serenity -- it's SO hard to cover-up heartbreak! Take care of you.

Hi Nikole, I know this time must be so hard -- having to get back to a 'normal' schedule after what you've been going through, probably nothing seems 'normal' but people expect you to bounce back. Hang in there and do what you need to in order to get through this difficult time...more massage and reiki, taking it easy with the work schedule, whatever works for you!!

sube

Hang in there, Nikole. Hoping your week gets easier.
